KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 5 (Bernama) -- IPGA Ltd, parent company of Malaysia's leading property and real estate website iProperty.com.my, has launched its Singapore property portal, iProperty.com.sg.
The Asian-based company with primary operations in Singapore and Malaysia said iProperty.com.sg's beta site began operations this August.
Within three months, it has become the leading property portal in Singapore in terms of number of listings, archived listings and paying subscribers, it said in a statement today.
To date, it said, the website has over 20,000 quality property listings 200,000 archived listings and 650 paying subscribers.
"Our success with the Malaysian business model and vast experience in the Singapore market gives us tremendous leverage to build iProperty.com.sg into the best consumer property website in Singapore," said Patrick Grove, executive chairman of IPGA.
Besides Malaysia and Singapore, IPGA also has a property portal in the Philippines, with a preliminary agreement to acquire a similar portal in Thailand.
